The primary challenge was to take an incredibly complex, government-regulated domain and simplify it into a seamless, modern SaaS experience. We had to ensure compliance at every step without sacrificing usability.
By leveraging our new design system, we were able to rapidly prototype and iterate on core flows. The result was a dramatic decrease in onboarding time and a 30% increase in daily active users.
